TEAM TRAINING
Is your team looking for a safe and fun training environment during the off-season? We specialize in pre-high school, high school, and college level athletes. Team classes run approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours and must be scheduled in advance with Rob. Classes start with mobility, body weight skill work or sets and repetitions of functional lifts (Presses, Deadlifts, Squats) followed by a workout, expectations and exercise explanations prior to starting WOD. Speed, agility and sport-specific movements are part of every training session. Workouts are scaled to each individuals abilities, strengths and limitations with a trainer monitoring safety and range of motion throughout the entire workout.
