We are here to Evolve your current fitness routine. Fitness with Focus isn’t just a catchphrase, it’s how we approach every class. We have an amazing community of members that have been growing since we opened our doors in 2014. You become part of our family the first day you walk through our doors. You will be greeted with open arms by our members and coaches alike. We are all here to help support and grow together as a group and individuals. No matter what your past fitness experience is, you fit into our community.

F13 Preperformance Small Group Programming is designed with everyone in mind. It doesn’t matter if it’s your first fitness experience or you are an elite level athlete. Our program is a strength-based conditioning program that can help evolve even the most advanced athletes training regiment. As a beginner we will help you build from the basic squat to more advanced movements over time. We take Stability and Skill development very seriously and build it into our everyday programming.

Each class is an hour long. Classes begin with a dynamic warm-up including but not limited to basic aerobic movements, then dynamic and static stretching. Next, your coach will explain the Strength portion of the day, this can consist of resistance or bodyweight strength movements. You will then move onto the Stability, and Skills portion of the class, finally finishing up with Sweat. The structure will remain the same but workouts are varied. You will never get bored or complacent with the programming! If you’re looking to evolve your level of fitness, no matter where you are now, we can get you to where you want to be.
