Is your team looking for a safe and fun training environment during the off-season? We specialize in pre-high school, high school, and college level athletes. Team classes run approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hours, and must be scheduled in advance with Rob and Matt. Classes start with mobility, body weight skill work or sets and repetitions of a CrossFit functional lifts (Presses, Deadlifts, Squats) followed by a workout, expectations and exercise explanations prior to starting WOD. Workouts are scaled to each individuals abilities, strengths and limitations with a trainer monitoring safety and range of motion throughout the entire workout.
